Was very disappointed in the information I was given as to how long the job would take. I was told the work could be completed on Wednesday but it would need to be sealed and kept overnight and I could get the car on Thursday. But that didn't happen. On Thursday I was told it would need to be kept over the weekend. With Memorial Day I was finally able to get the car on Tuesday. I asked to speak to speak to someone in charge (over the phone when I learned this) and I was transferred and had to leave a message for my call to be returned. It never was!

Mason was fantastic. Pleasant, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions (there were two tons of them). He made my day brighter. Exceptional customer service.

They didn't do the recalibration for the camera even though it wasn't going to rain all day and could have done it later. They was suppose to call me to reschedule and never did. When I called about it, they wanted to schedule me three weeks out, when asked for a manager I left a voicemail and never got a call back.
