Poor service, not on top of what was happening. Did not inform me what was going on with my car. Kept my car all day and nothing was being done to it. Told to bring it back on another day for the work to be completed. No one has contacted me for a week to have me come back to have the work completed. I've been trying to get this taken care of since April 10. It's now June 18.

Oil change was cheaper than Chevy next door with a coupon. Service was in and out.

The estimate was affordable. Paul in the paint department was very accommodating and did an excellent paint-job on my car.

They listen to you and are very knowledgeable. Tobias helps me with my car computer. At my age, I don't understand all of it. He is very patient.

This was my second visit for the same problem. It had partially been resolved on the first visit. I was told that I was not operating the equipment correctly. Problem is not resolved.

I have had issues with my radio. They were not able to find the issue with it on this visit. I was disappointed that I still had to pay because I do have an extended warranty on my car. But, the employees are very polite and friendly.
