This has been the worst dealership that I have ever done business with. GM should investigate this dealership.

Normally the service department is very friendly, professional, and timely. This last time I had an appointment at 10:30 for an oil change. I arrived early, around 10:10 and they checked me in. Around 11:30 someone came in and said they were short 1 oil change technician so it might take a little longer than normal. It was 1:30 before they told me I was ready. They did some other work that I had approved when I checked in so I sort of understood that it would take a little longer than normal. They said that they would not charge me for the oil change because it was covered under our extended warranty. That was great but they charged me for the previous oil change which apparently was not covered then.
