They have been servicing our vehicles for three years. Only one time were we dissatisfied. They told us a part had to be ordered for our vehicle but was ok to drive…never notified us when it came. Car messed up while in Florida…inconvenient to say the least

Dani was great at first, they could not find the 2nd key fob, brand new vehicle, she told me that if they did not find it, they would order a new one but she would let me know. I have text and called, Nobody returned call, also had a problem with some paperwork, I asked that lady about the Fob and oil change sticker twice. Ghosted that question both times. Called this morning, No one available but she would send a message to call me regarding this. Still no phone call. What started out as a great experience has turned south on customer service. I am still recommending due to sales side, just starting to question the service side.

Our vehicle died in while we were in Cape Girardeau, we contacted Mike, he came and got us, had the vehicle towed, one Tobias got the vehicle it was smooth sailing. You need more employees like that. And the entire time they were polite, professional and smiled.

I had selected an oil change online for $89.99 but they would not honor their online price. Bad experience.

Did not receive my title within 30 days. Took a month to fix a scratch on my NEW car that I bought from them that they did to the car. Nobody ever answers the phone. Aweful service!

An hour and a half is way too long to get an oil change I waited too long to get an oil change. I feel like it needs to be faster. What more do you want to know?

Several people but I do not get call backs like i should and after 2 1/2 months they give me my jeep back and 3 days later its back at the mechanic. Tera was the only person who did what they should of done. I will never buy another car from buick again

Great service department. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Even with a newly redesigned vehicle issues they are still able to help with figuring out how to correct the issues.
