Some how during the oil change, it was determined that the vehicle would need new brakes and rotors. Brake pads were replaced on the vehicle 6 months prior, and took to a second shop that validated rotors and brake pads were still in the green/yellow range. I had in the past been very proud to conduct business with Frank Leta, but I now no longer trust them.

I came in super bummed because I needed a new car and was only going in for options. I walked out with a vehicle, Andrew was absolutely fantastic and even though he’s still kind of new, he knew what he was talking about and very thorough with his sale. Very nice man!

Bought new car and after repeated trips to customer service swapped for loaner I was using. After being promised a loaner I had to call a neighbor to bring me a vehicle. Very cruel to leave a person whose wife has medical problems with no vehicle and 20 miles to nearest medical facility

The service department did not check what we suspected and told them what we thought the problem was. We took our vehicle in twice with the same issues. We were told there were no issues. Wrong! We had to take it somewhere else to get fixed.

Service appointment. Fast response. Good appointment availability. Good communication. I tried to get a transmission flush, and they came out and told me that it would be difficult to do and would take too long so they offered to reschedule that because it required more work to do the transmission flush on my vehicle. I have the maintenance plan and she did try to charge me for my maintenance, but I reminded her that I get free oil changes entire rotations and she took it off, but I feel like they should know that ahead of time and I should not have to correct them.

They made the car buying experience less tedious.

I purchased my vehicle from Frank Leta Acura in xx. Louis, this service was done in cape girardeau. Was complimentary oil change and tire rotation, oil was changed but I'm 99% sure the tires were never rotated. Considering my front rims have an incredibly noticeable amount of brake dust and upon receiving my vehicle after said service, the same exact rims with the brake dust were still on the front of the car. I highly doubt they removed the tires from the rims when rotating.
