The team was great and fixed my problem very quickly. It took a few minutes instead of a couple hours!

If negative was an option I would choose it, the car I purchased, broke down on the the way home that was May 4th and to this day October 22 I still don't have my car fixed, when I was assured at the time not to worry, everything would be fixed at no cost me, it took them 5 months to figure out the motor was bad, so they sent it to Kia and for the last month they have not paid kia to fix it, so here we are six months later I still don't have my car, this whole time I've been making payments and paying for insurance. Horrible car buying experience.

They are great except a little expensive. I think other places give a better deal but the convenience of a close dealership is good. They are expensive on the oil change and filter, but I am a widow and look for convenience all I can.

Communication is very poor. Took 8 hours and 5 phone calls for them to say if my truck was ready for pickup. I had to call the sales desk to get someone who could tell me about my truck because the service line never knows what’s going on, or sends you to a voicemail that no one calls you back from. Scheduling the appt in the first place was ridiculous. I told 3 different people what was wrong with my truck, and I still got a call the day I dropped it off saying there were no notes saying what they were looking at. It is always a hassle getting anything done here.

The only dealership in a 100 mile radius who had what we needed. Single cab 8ft bed
