Service appointment. Fast response. Good appointment availability. Good communication. I tried to get a transmission flush, and they came out and told me that it would be difficult to do and would take too long so they offered to reschedule that because it required more work to do the transmission flush on my vehicle. I have the maintenance plan and she did try to charge me for my maintenance, but I reminded her that I get free oil changes entire rotations and she took it off, but I feel like they should know that ahead of time and I should not have to correct them.

They made the car buying experience less tedious.

I purchased my vehicle from Frank Leta Acura in xx. Louis, this service was done in cape girardeau. Was complimentary oil change and tire rotation, oil was changed but I'm 99% sure the tires were never rotated. Considering my front rims have an incredibly noticeable amount of brake dust and upon receiving my vehicle after said service, the same exact rims with the brake dust were still on the front of the car. I highly doubt they removed the tires from the rims when rotating.

I took my vehicle in twice with the same issue and they said it checked out both times even though I had an idea of what it was and told them and the issue is still there. I also found it exceptionally frustrating that I had to wait the entire day to even get an update on the vehicle and that was only after I called multiple times. And when I DID get the diagnostic form back it was after hours and there was no one to speak to.

Seems like they don't want to help with my situation on my brand new truck I bought from them in May. No one answers the phone or calls back when a message is left requesting a call back including the General Manager.

The Service Department is very good at getting you up and on the road agin in a timely Manner. The customer service is their priority.

I would give zero stars if possible. The service department had my vehicle for over 4 weeks, could not get it running. They lacked communication- did not keep me informed, did not answer most of my calls nor return calls when they said they would. I paid to have my vehicle towed to an independent shop which repaired my vehicle in less than two weeks. I will not use the dealership service department for any repairs or general maintenance.

I had a great salesperson Allie, that made my purchase easy. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle and the process. The only complaint I have is there was no owners manual in the 2024 vehicle I bought, seems like a big company like GM could at least ensure that I get an owners manual.

The service department was exceptional!! Tobias took amazing care of me and answered all of my questions and concerns. All of the staff in general were so kind, highly recommend them!!
