I had a pretty poor experience, until the end. Car is still not totally repaired.

I have been waiting for two months for a loaner to get some body work done, I have make three appointments and no loaner available

Tracy, the GM, was also great and made sure everything was taken care of. You can tell she really cares about the customer experience. Kim in finance was fantastic too. She made the paperwork easy, explained everything clearly, and was just really pleasant to work with. Overall, one of the easiest car buying experiences we’ve had.
