Kind Knowledgeable and experienced Enthusiastic ?? friendly I love how he followed up with me and made sure I didn't waste to much of my time

Everytime I come in there for one thing you all find something else. Last week after coming in there for a fuel injection you said I needed a new air filter too so I let you all replace it. Then the woman comes back and says the service department said I need new tires! I asked, how so when I don't even have 25,000 miles on my vehicle? She said, 'Let me ask and I'll come back. When she returns she said, ' Services said your tires may be good for another year? When I got my $305 receipt they had already priced the tires at $1100 and an alignment of $139 that I did not ask for! I am so sick of these dealerships looking for ways to make more money off of paying customers especially older women!!!!!

They took my car on time. Tobias was very professional and polite and had me out of the dealership in a reasonable time.

Poor service, not on top of what was happening. Did not inform me what was going on with my car. Kept my car all day and nothing was being done to it. Told to bring it back on another day for the work to be completed. No one has contacted me for a week to have me come back to have the work completed. I've been trying to get this taken care of since April 10. It's now June 18.

Oil change was cheaper than Chevy next door with a coupon. Service was in and out.

The estimate was affordable. Paul in the paint department was very accommodating and did an excellent paint-job on my car.

They listen to you and are very knowledgeable. Tobias helps me with my car computer. At my age, I don't understand all of it. He is very patient.

This was my second visit for the same problem. It had partially been resolved on the first visit. I was told that I was not operating the equipment correctly. Problem is not resolved.

I drove down there for an appointment and they couldn't get in my car in so now I have to go back on another date
